The single wall paper cups with double PE coated inside and outside for hot, cold and icy drinks , can be refrigerated.

Single Wall Paper Cups are suitable for all hot and cold drinks. But Single Wall Cups are more popularly used as Cold Cups. When used as hot cups, they are used with Cup Sleeves to add insulation. They are available in white or can be custom printed to expertly promote your brand in the marketplace.

Single Wall Paper Cups Custom Printing Information

1. Design artwork must be provided in an Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or PDF (in vector format) .

2. All text in the design is outlined.

3. Define colors with CMYK if possible.

Plate Charges

Plate charges will not be charged for reprint orders provided the existing plates are in good condition. If left unused, printed plates have a maximum life of 18 months. Customer will be notified if new plates will be necessary for its re-print orders and subsequently billed for the new plates.

Minimum & Lead Times

All stated minimums apply for each size and/or design ordered. Minimums are subject to change at any time. Due to the nature of custom printed products, there may be a +/- 10% over/under run (variance between amount ordered and amount produced). Lead times are estimated and are not guaranteed.

Customize Your Own Paper Cups Workflow:

a. Inquiry---Identify the specific cups that you are interested in personalizing for your business, let us know more, such as quantity, what drinking / food, what volume/size, package, shipping marks, etc.

b. Quotation---Official quotation sheet will be sent to you with detailed information for the product on it.

c. Artwork submitting---Provide your logo, design, slogan, etc. All artwork must be submitted in a vector format. This is either an EPS, CDR, AI or an editable PDF file. The files in a resolution of minimum 300 dpi. If the art is not in a vector format, we cannot use it. Moreover, if you do not have any concrete design ideas yet. Our in-house graphic design team can help you come up with an attractive design.

d. Confirm--- Review and confirm the e-proof of the artwork for your custom print.

e. Payment terms---Western Union, T/T, L/C

f. Mould making---Mould will be finished in 1 months after the payment of mould fee. Mould fee need to be paid in full amount.

g.Sample confirmation---Sample will be sent out in 7 days after the mould is ready.

h. Production---Mass production

i. Balance payment---Western Union, T/T, L/C

j. Shipping---By sea, air or courier.
