This type machine is used for the products with simple structure but in big quantity, for example paper egg trays, fruit trays, cup trays and other special paper pulp molding products.

This type of production line includes three main parts: pulp making system, forming system, drying system. The raw material used by our machine is all kinds of the waste paper. It’s high-efficiency, energy-saving, durable, wieldy used and safe.

1 Pulping System

including the hydrapulper, pump, disk mill, water tank, pulp tank, mixer, etc..to make the wastepaper into pulp.
2 Forming System

including the molding machine, molds, vacuum pumps, air compressor and electrical controller. to make the pulp into wet trays.
3 Drying System

including the oven, chains, trays, heating pipes, fans, boiler, etc..to dry the wet trays so they can be used directly.

The drying system is with one boiler. The drying system can use electricity, diesel, coal, natural gas as energy. Customers must first confirm which kind of energy they will use before our production.

Our production line has Fully Automatic and Semi Automatic two types , both have computer control system.

If you don’t want this drying system, it is also OK. Then you will have to do the work of drying up the product trays manually.

Our machine can be designed to make different products at same time by one Working Table (with 2 Molds or even 3 molds)
