Mainly Parts of the machine:

1. pulping system: including the hydrapulper, pump, disk mill, water tank, pulp tank, mixer, etc..to make the waste paper into pulp.

2. forming system: including the molding machine, molds, vacuum pumps, air compressor and electrical controller to make the pulp into wet trays.

3. Drying system (can use LPG, gas,diesel,coal for Boiler burner)


(1) Natural drying method: The product is dried directly by weather and natural wind.
(2) Traditional drying: brick tunnel kiln, heat source can choose natural gas, diesel, coal, dry wood,A heat source such as liquefied petroleum gas..

(3) New multi-layer drying line: 6-layer metal drying line can save more than 30% energy compared to transmission drying. The main heat source is clean energy such as natural gas, diesel oil, liquefied petroleum gas and methanol.

Installation & Training

1. Usually, all installation and debugging work will be done before shipment.

2. If needed from buyer, we can send one engineer abroad to help install the machine, buyer needs to undertake round-trip air tickets fee and Food and accommodation costs in Turkey. Salary of engineer is 100usd one day.

2. We will offer online support after sales services for problems during installation and testing.

3. Buyer needs to build 3 water pools with size of 2.5m*2.5m*2m (L*W*H)and 3 pulp pools with size of 2.5m*2.5m*2m(L*W*H).
