Structure and principle
The upper half of the slag separator is a vortex chamber, and the lower half is a semi-circular screening area. The rotor is equipped with a high-speed rotating rotor. The rotor is welded with axial sweeping blades and spiral-shaped sorting. After the blade and slurry enter from the slurry inlet, the high-speed rotor comprehensively uses the slag to pat, scrape, tear, and peel. The slag is first thrown to the vortex chamber, and then dropped to the screening area to complete the fibers and impurities At the same time, the nozzle above the rotor is constantly spraying water, the tailings are diluted and washed, and the rotor and the screen are washed. After repeated sorting, the separated good fibers pass through the sieve holes and are discharged from the pulp outlet under the sieve plate. The impurities such as the peeled plastic sheet are washed out from the slag hopper after being washed and discarded as garbage.
