4. Rejects seperator screen plate made by stainless steel material

The rejects separator is an ideal equipment for tailings treatment in waste paper pulping system. Adopting closed operation, no splash of pulp water, good treatment effect, reducing fiber loss, and low slag disposal cost. It is a special equipment for treating tailings of equipment such as fiber separators and pressure screens

The screen plate is made by stainless steel , sieve plate hole size Ø2mm -Ø4mm .

Equipment failure and solutions

Worn or severely damaged bearings

Adjust gaps and replace worn screens or cleaning plates
