The 1 + 1 composite structure of the bottom screen is made by stacking two types of bottom screens of different thicknesses. According to the requirements of the paper machine and paper type, the thickness of the upper and lower bottom screens can be changed at will.

The double bottom mesh paper making blanket has high line pressure resistance, good elasticity, good water filtration performance, stable size, small elongation and strong strength, and can effectively eliminate vacuum marks, groove marks, blind hole marks and other print marks.
