It can homogenize (split, broom) and improve beating degree of all kinds of pulp (including wood pulp, cotton pulp and pulp), so that it has the characteristics required by paper machine production and can produce paper and paperboard meeting the quality requirements. The utility model can be used by a single set or by multiple sets in series and parallel.
The machine is mainly composed of base, front cover, housing, moving gear cutter head, stationary gear cutter head, cutter feed mechanism, rotor and operation box. The front cover, housing, moving gear cutter head and stationary cutter head constitute the slurry grinding chamber. The slurry is pumped into the grinding chamber from the slurry inlet of the front cover. Before entering the rotary cutter head and the stationary cutter head for slurry grinding, the unclean impurities are pulled down to the desander box under the action of gravity. The rotating cutter head rotates under the drive of the motor to make the slurry produce centrifugal force and enter the grinding area composed of the rotating cutter head and the stationary cutter head. Under the action of the cutter teeth, the slurry fiber is cut off, divided, broomed, twisted and crushed to produce qualified slurry.
