The cyclotron paper cutter is designed to automatically sever a row of folded and round roll paper towel products, like disposable facial tissues or toilet rolls. The entire machine incorporates servo drive technology and frequency control for motor speed, which bolsters the stability of the paper cutting process. It notably improves the cutting precision of the tissues and ensures a flat cut end face. The cutting length can be arbitrarily adjusted within the range permitted by the machine. The automatic grinding wheel angle for the blade is fixed, guaranteeing the quality of blade sharpening. Compressed air is constantly blown at the grinding area for cooling purposes, and it can also be paired with special cooling fluids to further optimize the grinding process.
