The paper separating system uses a driving wheel and laminating press belt to transmit power. With this, the laminated papers are stacked on the down pallet by the driving wheel and synchronous belt. When it reaches the specified number, the separating rod lifts and separates the paper.

The down push system then follows. It is driven by a cylinder up to two pawls to push the set up quantity of paper into a turnover device. The turning system makes use of an automatic clamping system to alternate the placement of the papers so that it is smooth and stiff for subsequent production lines.

The up push system utilizes a motor to drive a chain which drives the upper push plate to move forward and back to push the lifted paper into the collecting system.
