This machine adopts a bottom sheet automatic sending method, which utilizes suction device, and its top sheet is fed manually. This innovative design allows paper feeding become easier and more productive. It is suitable for color top sheet & corrugated paper laminating, also color top sheet & grey cardboard laminating.

Features:

The new suction feeding automatic equipment featuresthe bottom sheet tracking that operates according to the main machine's speed. This humanized design is an advantage for manual feeding from the front, efficiently and conveniently. It also features the entire novel concept that with precise high accuracy positioning, the bottom sheet will never exceed the top sheet.

The machine is also equipped with a touch-screen and PLC control system, with a reliable electronic circuit system the machine can display failure alarms automatically. To prevent waste, the glue replenishment system is automatically triggered when the glue level drops, while the glue will also be recycled. Additionally, the designed metering roller speed makes sure the glue is evenly distributed to avoid any rejections at a high speed.

The press is further designed to be removable with a floating structure, the paper will not be crushed and the cardboard will remain smooth and straight with only a single adjustment. The independent water tank cleaning cycle method that utilizes a hard rubber material increases its usability and convenience.

The machine can be used for printing purposes with color top sheet of 175-500g and A/B/C/D/E/F corrugated paper. It is also suitable for glazing, UV varnishing and coating with a combination of this color top sheet and grey cardboard paper.
