PRY-WT100 Paper Cup Making Machine
Features
The external hollow corrugated paper cup machine adopts a desktop layout to isolate the transmission parts and molds.The transmission parts are under the table and the mold is on the table,which is easy to clean and maintain.The machine adopts automatic spray lubrication, longitudinal shaft transmission structure,barrel type cylindrical indexing mechanism and gear transmission to ensure the stability and quality of the whole machine. For electrical components,the operation is controlled using PLC,photoelectric tracking and servo feed.This type of machine has a production capacity of up to 80-100 pcs/min,and is suitable for the production of 5-16 ounces of cold/hot cup external hollow corrugated.
Intelligent Control System

1.Multi-model modules.Use simple window prompts to guide you through the selection of the set model.

2.Flexible parameter Settings.You can back up,restore or restore parameters to factory.You can also modify the parameters manually.

3.Flexible encoder origin setting and direction automatic setting and fault self-test.The hardware installation of the encoder does not need to consider the location,just set up the software.

4.Auto configuration parking space,less than a circle quickly down.After configuration,the machine automatically calculates the inertial distance of the machine,and the position after deceleration is at least one step faster.

5.Hardware monitoring system.plc output point,relay,contactor,plc and touch screen,plc and computer,plc has extended line real-time monitoring function,abnormal alarm in the touch screen prompts the cause of failure. Detailed hardware and software fault information,users can easily troubleshoot according to the prompts.

Q9.How can you assure the machines’ quality?
A:Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.
And during the warranty,we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.
Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.
If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.
Q11.What’s the payment term?
A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before delivery.We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
