Features
The aluminum frame guardrail and cup holder in the picture are optional.
Standard without aluminum frame guardrail and cup holder.
The working principle of the paper cup machine is that a main motor drives the whole machine to realize the perfect integration of gear and cam structure.Now the machine uses a single aluminum disk instead of the previous three-disk machine,greatly reducing the failure rate of the machine and reducing the training time for the operators.A 3-16oz odd-even shower film paper cup can be made according to customer request.Is a automatic paper cup molding equipment,through rows of automatic paper,paper device(ensure accurate positioning),ultrasonic or copper welding,mechanical paper transfer,oil injection bottom,folding,preheating, rolling,cup,unloading continuous process,can stabilize the production of different specifications of paper cup,is our company after comprehensive technical improvement to improve the stability of the paper cup equipment.
Tips:Gear paper cup machine can do 3 to 16oz paper cups,but do paper cups need to rely on molds to form,so a machine to do multi-specification paper cups,you need to add additional molds,mold a set of pictures as follows:

A:For standard model,we have a large quantity in stock.For special model,we need 20-30 days to produce it for you.
Q9.How can you assure the machines’ quality?
A:Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.
And during the warranty,we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.
Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.
Q11.What’s the payment term?
A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before delivery.We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
