※ The gap of printing roller with big adjusting range,it is fit for three,five,seven layer with different thickness paperboard with high printing precision.
※ This machine use electrical separable structure,customers can achieve single color,double color printing,easy for maintenance,with pneumatic locking,separate position,operation quickly and conveniently.

★ Lead Edge Feeder
※ The lead edge feeder reduces the paperboard plug a lot.
※ The fan helps for feeding paper,ensure the curved feeding,the air volume can be adjusted according to the paper size,make sure the pull of vacuum for paper,improve the feeding precision.
※ The side wallboard is electrical adjusting,the front and back are manual adjusting.
※ The feeding wheel is made of polyurethane,with big friction and long service life.
※ It is used for three,five layer corrugated board,include B type paperboard.
※ The feeding counter,set and show the produce number.
★ Printing Unit (4 part)
※ The printing roller surface is hard chromium plating and polished,make it work stable
※ The uniforming roller is coated with abrasive rubber,the mid-high is parabola type for compensating the forced deformation,improve the ink transmission.The rubber is Nitrile rubber,hardness above 60 degrees,good effect for supplying ink after special polished. The rubber roller is driven by motor when the machine stop,machine stop and continuous supplying ink,auto uniform ink.
※ The anilox roller is from famous domestic brand,the rollers are made by mature technology,the cylinder is less 0.016mm,radial circle run out is less than 0.1mm,with 25 times the magnifier for the overlapping curve,margin,and the micro hardness of HV900-1050.So it is good at store,uniforming and transmission ink,it is the best choice for printer.(The anilox roller mesh is depends on customer)
※ The electrical phase adjustment device,make the machine adjusted longitude 360°when work or stop,saving change time.
※ The pneumatic diaphragm pump circulating supply ink,operation and maintenance easy.
※ Use pneumatic lifting plate,auto even ink,stop machine continuous supplying ink, avoid the ink drying when machine stop,reduce the disadvantageous factor for printing effect.
