Configuration

I.Feeding Unit

Separating and Combining of Machine
Separating and combining of the machine and platform undergo electric control added with alarm which rings consecutively during running to ensure worker’s safety;
Transmission axle with friction clutch to avoid damaging machine caused by error operation;
Pneumatic coordinated-control facility;Main motor drives protective facility.
Leading Edge Feeding System
Air draft assists feeding;
Air volume can be adjusted according to the different conditions of the bending paper to ensure smooth feeding;(valve to control the air volume)
The positions of side baffle,and back baffle box are adjusted by electric (numerical) control with hand adjustment of leading baffle interval.Pneumatic flapping device is installed one of side baffles;
Feeding counter,setting and showing paper quantity.
Dedusting Facility
Upper air draft dust adsorption facility with brush equipped on the exhaust inlet so as to weed out impurity on the printing surface of paper in a great deal to improve the printing quality.
Feeding Roller
Upper feeding roller diameter is 86 mm with three feeding rings,plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface;
Down feeding roller diameter is 155mm,seamless steel pipe is plated with chrome and grinded surface;
Feeding roller interval is adjusted by manual control.
Automatic Zeroing Facility
Automatic zeroing among the units of feeding,printing and slotting;
Averagely,paperboard uses automatic zeroing device,after twice trying of printing,it can be adjusted to the correct position to reduce the paper waste.

II.Printing Unit (4 Parts)

Printing Roller
External diameter is ￠400mm;
Steel pipe is plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface;
Treated by balance rectification to realize running stability;
Ratchet wheels fixed plate axle;
Complete board and hanging board groove;
Loading and unloading printing template,electric controlling CW/CCW rolling by foot switch;
Horizontal movement is controlled by electric numerical adjustment of 10mm.
Printing Pressing Roller
External diameter is ￠188mm,made of steel pipe plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface;
Treated by balance rectification to realize running stability;
Interval between printer roller and pressure roller adjusted by manual control.
Feeding Roller
Upper Roller:thick steel pipe of external diameter of ￠86mm equipped with three feeding rings;
Down Roller:thick steel pipe of external diameter of ￠156mm,plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface;
Feeding roller interval is adjusted by manual (Or electric) control.
Ceramic Anilox Roller (4 Group)
High quality thick wall seamless steel pipe surface covered with ceramic grinding,anilox laser engraving;
Treated with balance correction,runs steady and smoothly;
Printing ceramic roller network type six open angle type,not easy to paste,easy to maintain.Ceramic roller mesh line 650-700;
Ceramic roller more than steel roller printing exquisite,wear-resistant,long service life;
Air pressure type automatic lifting device for cardboard feeding system;
The roller of wedge type overrunning clutch,ink,ink wash very convenient.
Closed Doctor Blade Auto Ink System (4 Group)
The use of pneumatic pump power in the doctor blade cavity direct recovery,to achieve rapid recovery,so that more efficient cleaning;
Unique doctor blade installation,replacement blade convenient,accurate positioning,to maintain the best blade ink effect;
Pneumatic positioning,doctor blade knife wear automatic compensation;
Polymer,blade swap,customer choice;
Mechanical clamping type positioning,disassembly and replacement of the blade is more convenient;
The use of double block ink,so that the ink does not leak to become possible,away from the leakage of ink troubles.
Phase Adjustment Structure
Planetary gear structure;
Printing phase adopts PLC,touch screen control and electric numerical inverter adjustment of 360°;(running and stopping can be adjusted)
Automatic reposition after washing the printing template during the printing procession.
Circulation of Water Ink
Pneumatic diaphragm pump realizes stable ink supplies and simple operation and maintenance;
Oil filter screen can filtrate impurity.
Facility of Fixing Printing Phase
Cylinder brake structure;
During separating and combining the machine or adjusting phase,the brake structure restrains running of the machine to keep gear position unchanged.

III.Slotting Unit

Creasing Device
Creasing roller plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface,with stable movement;
Treated with balance rectification to realize stable running;
Creasing roller interval dial runs manual (PLC) adjustment in an adjustable range from 0 to 12mm.
Horizontal Adjustment Structure of Slotting Knife Holder
Axle diameter plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface with stable movement;
Slotting width reaches 14mm;
Alloy steel slotting knife grinded into gear shape after heat treatment features excellent rigidity and toughness;
Alloy steel double-blade trimming knife after heat treatment with sharp edge can make high precision;
Arc shape slotting knife makes the carton slot neat and nice;
Slotting knife holder and creasing roller horizontal moving position is under PLC control;
8 Screw bars structure to ensure the horizontal moving precise.
Slotting Phase Adjustment Structure
Planetary gear structure;
Slotting phase adopts PLC,touch screen control and electric numerical adjustment of 360°;(running and stopping can be adjusted)
Operational Control Switch
Control panel is equipped with a touch screen of 10 inch,able to control the units of feeding,printing and slotting with convenient operation.

IV.Die Cutting Unit (Can Choose Slotter Attached)

Die Cutting Roller
Made of steel moulding material and plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface;
Treated with balance rectification to improve running stability;
Fixed screw interval on die cutter is 100mm;
Suitable die cutter height is 25.4mm;
Cushion Roller
Steel-moulding material is plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface;
Balance rectification improves running stability;
Hand adjustment of the interval with die cutter roller;
Thickness of cushion reaches 9mm, width 250mm;
Mechanical moving facility with a horizontal moving distance of 40mm.

V.Stacker Machine

Sheet Laying Arm
Option for manual or automatic operation;
Independent tension adjustment of transmission belt of sheet laying arm is not limited by the equal length of belts.
Lifting of Machine
Driven by mighty chain;
Height of piling is 1600mm;
Machine lifting transmission motor added with brake realizes the fixed position of machine bed without sliding;
Added with safety facility to control the lifting of machine and secure the worker;
Climbing belt with wrinkled surface prevents sliding of paperboard.
Sheet Laying Baffle
Pneumatic sheet laying baffle automatically reaches out to receive and support paperboard when the piled paperboard reaches the height preset;
※Back baffle position is adjusted by manual control.
