Product instruction:

The paper pulp pump adopts single stage and double suction cantilever structure. The open impeller pulp centrifugal pump is a new energy-saving pulp pump, which is with high efficiency, without leakage, good anti-clogging ability, stable operating performance. The gap between wear plate and impeller is adjustable, and the shaft seal is mechanical seal and made of high quality material.

Features:

1. Pulp stability: the impeller adopts subdivision crisscross blade which is precision casting to minimize the pressure pulse, so the quality of the paper is uniform.
2. Convenient maintenance: the junction surface of pump casing and cover overlaps with the level of the shaft axis. So when repairing, it is no need to take down the inlet and outlet piping and mobile motor

3. The main parts of pump: pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double suction sealing ring, shaft sleeve, sealing parts, bearings, etc
4. Many different kinds of shaft seal can be chosen
5. Simple maintenance throat bush: the mating face of the throat bush is tapered, so the wear is reduced and removal is simple.
