Easy To Disassembly And Assembly Chemical Process Pump Used For High Flow

Description:

(1)This machine adopts FRPP, PVDF material injection molding.
(2)Has self-priming function. The check valve is designed to prevent liquid from backflow in the pump.
(3)Be suitable for conveying most parts acid and alkali liquor.
(4)The entrance should be equipped with check valve to prevent fluid backflow during downtime. (5)The loss of liquid in the pump could cause the damage of idling.
(6)3 inch diameter models must have check valve, only using check valve it will has self-priming ability.

Feature:

1. The thickness of the shell:
300 pound wall thickness as standard, increasing the reliability and extend the life of maximizing housing. Top centerline discharge and self-ventilation air. Serrated flange to achieve an effective seal.

2. Ductile Iron Adapter:

Material strength is equivalent to steel security and reliability.

3. Heavy duty shaft and bearing:

Rigid shaft design in harsh conditions, bearing an average life expectancy is 10 years.

4. Standard labyrinth seal:
Prevent oil contamination or damage caused premature bearing failure, lower bearing operating temperatures, longer service life.
