Wide Range Capacity Chemical Process Pump With Heavy Duty Structure
Description:
Chemical process pump is a centrifugal pump of horizontal, single stage, single suction, cantilever design, its performance parameters conform to ISO2858. Adopting advanced hydraulic design, the pump processes higher hydraulic efficiency, and it is an energy saving product. In the design of structure, by referring to American ANSI standard, the shaft diameter is increased and cantilever ratio is shorten to eliminate the shortages that the pump’s shaft breaks frequently, thus operational stability improves, maintenance fee and operational cost decreases.
Feature:
The pump cover is fixed on the intermediate support, and the pump cover is clamped in the middle by coupling between pump body and intermediate support. On the pump body, water is input axially and output radially. Support feet can be fixed on the base directly. The suspended parts are fixed onto the intermediate support through the rabbet, and are supported onto the base by suspended frame. To make it convenient to disassemble, the prolonged coupling is designed, so that it is unnecessary to disassemble the coupled input & output pipes during check and maintenance. To pump body and motor, only by disassembling the intermediate coupler of the prolonged coupling, users are able to screw out rotor part for check and maintenance, which is a conventional structural pattern in the world.
Application:
Soda and inorganic salts: ammonia salt blending, soda manufactured by ammonia soda process, pure soda, caustic soda manufactured by diaphragm process and ion exchange membrane process, chloride and hypochlorite, soda sulfate, hydrogen peroxide, etc.
Metallurgy: electrolyte of electrolytic copper and nickel, sodium aluminate liquid for aluminum production, acid for cobalt production, or slurry for zinc production, ammonium vanadate for vanadium production, acid and thiocarbamide liquid for gold production, etc.
Iron and steel industry: electroplating, souring, electrophoretic painting, etc.
Acid-making industry: hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, phosphoric acid pulp, acetic acid, etc.
