Single Stage Rotary Turbine Vacuum Pump for Paper Making Process , 30 - 65 KPa Vacuum Degree

Description:

Turbine vacuum pump with the help of centrifugal force generated by impellers’ high-speed rotation to transform mechanical energy to gas energy. When running, the gas is inhaled from the suction inlet, passes the runner and diffuser of centrifugal impeller to become high-temperature gas and goes out from the volute export. So it forms vacuum in the device suction to realize vacuum extraction.

It can save about 25~30% of energy.
The consumed energy is converted into heat wind, 70% of which can be recycled by heat exchange.

Application:

The suction quantity of turbine vacuum pump is large, and the structure is compact. And compared to the traditional water ring vacuum pump, turbine vacuum pump can save more space.

When it used as vacuum equipment, the advantage is equipments concentration, high efficiency and low energy consumption.

The pump case is equipped with 24 adjustable guide plates, which can adjust the flow speed of the air to realize adjusting the vacuum degree.
