GLF mode draught fan is with sing-stage overhung structure. The air suction is in axial direction, and the air exhaust is in radial direction. Moist air goes through the gas water separator entering to suction tube and guide vane. And the air will discharge from the boiler room through vaneless diffuser.

Energy-saving: it adopts ternary impeller design which has good startup performance. The efficiency can be 83~87%. The efficiency of the centrifugal fan is 20~25% higher than water ring vacuum pump, and its energy-saving is 20~25% more than water ring vacuum pump.
Waste-heat utilization: the air compressed through the high speed centrifugal fan can reach 140℃ temperature. The high temperature gas can recover heat energy through heat exchange. And it can also used to supply fresh air of dryer section and used to heat the produced water.
Water saving: it is no need water as working liquid, so it can save water and reduce water treatment cost.
The structure is compact, and the floor space is small.

Application:
GLF mode high speed centrifugal fan is specially designed for vacuum used by paper mill. The air capacity is 100~650 m3/min, and the vacuum degree is 30~65kpa. It uses sing-stage or double-stage overhung impeller, gearbox, sliding bearing and its lubrication is pressure oil supply. It is widely used in vacuum device in paper mill, sewage treatment, electric power and pneumatic transport and other industries.
