Special Suction Highly Wear-Resistant Gas Liquid Separator Used to Filter

Description:

Gas liquid separator can be installed in the passageway of the gas compressor for gas-liquid separation. And it can be used to demist the condensation cooler on the top of the fractionation tower, all kinds of water scrubber, absorption tower and analytic tower. The gas liquid separator can also be applied to gas dust removal, oil-water separation and liquid removing impurities or other industrial and civil applications.

Features:

1. Material: SS304

2. The whole body: The gas liquid separator with the process of the grinding, sand blasting, the 3 layers of painting: epoxy zinc painting as the primer, the epoxy painting as the middle coating, and the polyurethane for the final painting.

3. Separates and discharges the enormous free gas from drilling fluids, including poisonous gases like H2S.

4. Separated gas is carried by discharge lines to a safe area for combustion.

5. The unit is ruggedly built and coated with anti-corrosion epoxy so as to ensure long service life when processing hazardous and toxic gases

Warranty:

The seller should be responsible for the quality of the products. The warranty shall be 12 months starting from delivery from work shop. During this period, the seller shall be responsible for all quality problems due to the design and manufacturing defects. The seller will not responsible for the problem due to the improper use of user. And the seller shall be responsible for paid services after this period.
