Liquid Ring Vacuum Air Bleed Gas Liquid Separator With Vertical Type

Description:

1. Gas liquid separator is professional equipment to treat the gas invade mud.
2. When the drilling mud result gas invades, the proportion of its weight and viscosity has a greater deviation not to meet the requirements of drilling. The serious situation is that would cause Chung well, and even blowout accident
occurred, if not to treat it timely.
3. It is divided into the normal pressure Mud gas separator and pressure auto-control Mud gas separator, according to the pressure.
4. Gas liquid Separator combined with the electric ignition device can be used to ensure the drilling process smooth.

Features:

Filtrate pump is composed of GLS separation tank and FPB filtrate pump
Used with liquid ring vacuum pump or nessler's pump, it works as superposed separation device. The air liquid mixture comes from vacuum dewatering system, passes through separating tank, then condenses into water droplets and sinks to the bottom of the barrel. The water collected from FPB filtrate tank can be recycled.
The size of separating tank is according to swept volume and water content
FPB filtrate pump has unique section performance and high turbidity resistance. When vacuum degree of separating tank reaches 600 MMHG, pump can still work normally.
The liquid from separating tank will not through the vacuum pump, so the pump will not be corroded and scaling. It can effectively reduce the operation cost
The materials can be chosen according to the user's requirements.

Application:

Vertical Separators are well suited for handling large liquid slugs, solids, and surging flow conditions. In addition, vertical separators require less floor space. In standard vertical up-flow designs, the gas volume is limited due to re-entrainment because of the counter current flow of gas (up) and liquid (down). Vertical units equipped with specially designed vane mist extractors eliminate re-entrainment and have an increased gas capacity.
