Product Description:

Automatic jumbo roll slitting and rewinding machines is a high speed paper rolls slitting device, which makes single layer paper slitting and rewinding into two, three or four layer paper with various widths for the production of napkin, hankies, box facial tissue. The machine has the advantages of good mechanical behavior, compact structure, full pneumatic device, stable running, easy operation and solid rollers making, which make it an ideal equipment for the paper mills. And it has got a high reputation from the many customers.

Main Function and Characteristics:
1. This machine consists of pneumatic paper loading device, base paper conveying device, and rewinding system device
2. Pneumatic automatic paper loading device can easily feed the base paper from the ground to the paper return rack, eliminating the need for manual and crane handling
3. The base paper returning system can drive the base paper roll to rotate smoothly, coordinate the returning speed and the rewinding speed, and adjust the speed difference between the returning and rewinding.

4. Adopt inflatable winding for rewinding, which is easy to pass through the paper tube before rewinding and unwinding after rewinding.
