A: We can provide free similar products we produced for quality check, whereas you just pay the shipping cost. If you want to custom a physical sample as your requirements there will be charges involved. However, this could be refund upon mass production.

Q: What kind of file do you need to make the mass production?

A: AI, CDR, PDF, and high resolution JPG and PNG. AI is the best file to ensure the printing quality. If you have no design file, do not worry, we can provide design services for you.

Q: How do you ensure product quality?

A: We have advanced machinery that is imported from Germany. The machinery is regularly service to ensure excellent production. However printing products always have color deviation, we cannot promise to avoid it.

Q: What if the goods have issue, What can I do?
