Description:
The 85-type movable partition is mainly used for the height of the partition of 4 to 6 meters, and the surface material is: MDF, splint, melamine, cloth/leather Pu, and fireproof panels.
Melamine: In fact, it is a layer of colored paper pressed on the fiber board;
The moisture resistance of the splint is better than that of the MDF; the disadvantage is that the surface flatness is worse than that of the MDF.
Cloth/leather includes hard packs, soft packs, and is divided into borders (similar to mountings), already covered (the borders are not exposed)
Our movable and operable partition system accessories are custom for each client and project, and they are also made of superior material.Track system for right-angled configurations with cross- roller carriers for element weights up to 500 kg. Support rollers in the junctions guarantee easy operation when sliding the elements across intersections .
Feature:
Top hung system without the need for a floor track.
Retractable top and bottom seals ensure effortless movement of panels.
Concealed or exposed panel edge profiles.
Numerous panel stacking options for complete flexibility.
Extensive range of surface finishes available, easy construction and transportation.
The system offers various levels of sound reduction.off.
Installing track system :
1. As shown on the drawing, check the track that the track parts are assembled on the floor before installation.
2. Mark the track line and place the bracket in a specific position.
3. Mount the rail brackets to the ceiling.
4. Check if the mobile partition is rigidly fixed on the track. When the rails and brackets must be loosely stored in the storage area, so that the bracket plate can be moved to other places.
5. At the end, measure the proper location of the storage track before adjusting the main track facility. This is very important for the intersection placement.
Adjustment acoustic room dividers:
1. Remember that the rails are loose enough on all brackets. Guaranteed track pause time.
2. Tighten all rail connections and adjust the rail height correctly. The rail mounting direction must also be straight and horizontal.
3. In the installation of track facilities, sound insulation and mineral wool are necessary for installation.
4. There are "L", "T" and "Ten" spurs for the track. There are left and right points for the connection of the steering. It is generally not recommended to use the "10" spur. L and T are trimmed to their corresponding size, and their position is indicated by a numerical marker.
