The MVI69-ADM is a C-Programmable Application Development Module. It is manufactured by ProSoft technologies and features a 1 slot module. The MVI69-ADM is compatible with the CompactLogix series and comes with ladder logic as the data transfer protocol. The module comes with General software DOS 6 X-L operating system with a power supply distance rating of 2. The dimensions for the MVI69-ADM are standard 1769 single slot module and comes with a current load of 800 mA at a voltage of 5 Volts DC. The MVI69-ADM has been designed to allow user developed C applications to operate on the CompactLogix or the MicroLogix platform, the MVI69-ADM is a powerful tool that functions to speed up the custom ASCII data communications and protects the proprietary algorithm.

The MVI69-ADM features a single slot 1769 backplane and it is recognized as an input or output module with access to processor memory for the data transfer between the processor and the module. The MVI69-ADM supports all the CompactLogix and the MicroLogix 1500 LRP controllers. The functional specifications feature a development environment that comes with an operating system as indicated earlier. The operating software is General Software DOS 6-XL. It also has a compatible compiler that is 16 bit DOS target. The application programming interfaces for the MVI69-ADM feature a serial port API with serial port functions. It also comes with a backplane API for low-level backplane functionality and the ADM API to debug the port functions.
