The SurePower II battery, Customs Part Number 8000-0580-01, Euro Energy Part Number 02292, has built-in processing that allows the battery to send specific charging requirements to a SurePower charging station or customs monitor/monitor. This integrated treatment provides the following information:

1.Usage time or battery capacity
2.Battery calibration status
3.Battery failure notification

►Product Features:

1. This is the runtime gauge that shows the estimated runtime of the SurePower II battery pack (Zoll part number 08000-0580-01, Euro Energy part number 02292) in the defibrillator.
2. When you briefly press and release the display button on the SurePower II battery, the LEDs above these icons illuminate for approximately 10 seconds to indicate the estimated battery life.
3. If the battery is fully charged, the LEDs on the five runtime indicator icons will illuminate. As the battery discharges, the number of lit LEDs decreases.
4. When the SurePower II battery is running low, pressing the display button will turn the LEDs from left to right indicating the battery run time. For example, if four LEDs are on, the battery can power the defibrillator/monitor for at least 3 hours (3:00 is displayed); if three LEDs are on, the battery can power the defibrillator/monitor for at least 2 hours (displayed as 2:00), and so on.
5. When you press the display button on an installed battery that powers the defibrillator/monitor, the battery life indicator shows the battery life in that particular unit.
When a SurePower II battery is not installed in a ZOLL defibrillator/monitor device, the Run Time Indicator shows the battery's operating time at the device's rated discharge rate.

1. If the battery needs to be calibrated, this LED will light for about 10 seconds (after pressing and releasing the display button). If the recalibration LED is on, the runtime indicator will not show the runtime for that battery. For optimal battery performance, you should recalibrate your battery as soon as possible.

2. To manually recalibrate the SurePower II Battery Pack, you can insert the battery into the SurePower Charger (using the SurePowerTM II Battery Adapter) and perform a manual test (see the ZOLL SurePower Charger User Guide for more information).

3. After recalibrating the battery, Zoll part number 8000-0580-01, Euro Energy part number 02292, the recalibration LED only flashes briefly when you press the display button.
