Endoscopy Function
1. Suction connector Connect the endoscope to the suction tube of the suction pump.
2. S-line connector mounting base (except GIF-N260, GIF-XP260) Connect the endoscope to the Olympus electrosurgical equipment via the S-line. The S-wire conducts leakage current from the endoscope to the electrosurgical device. To connect the S cable, refer to the instruction manual of the electrosurgical device. Attach flash chain accessories to this bracket as needed
3. Water supply joint and air supply joint Connect the endoscope to the water container through the tube of the water container to supply water to the distal end of the endoscope.
4. Endoscope connector Connects the endoscope to the output connector of the light source and transmits the light emitted from the light source to the endoscope.
5. Electrical Connectors Connect the endoscope to the center of the video system using the endoscope cable. The endoscope contains a memory chip that stores information about the endoscope and transmits this information to the CV-260SL, CV-260 video system center. For more information, please refer to the instruction manual of CV-260SL, CV-260.
6. UP/DOWN angle adjustment knob. When the knob is turned in the "U" direction, the curved section moves up; when the knob is turned in the "U" direction, the curved section moves up; When the knob is turned in the "D" direction, the curved section moves up and down.
7. Corner lock up/down Move this lock in the "F" direction to release the corner. Move the block in opposite directions to lock the curved section in the desired position.
8. Suction Valve (MH-443) Press this valve to start suction. This valve is used to remove fluids, waste, flatulence, or air from the patient's body.
9. Air/water valve (MH-438) Cover the valve hole to inject air and press the valve to supply water to clean the lenses. It can also be used to supply air to remove any liquid or debris adhering to the objective lens.
10. Instrument channel The functions of the instrument channel are:
− Accessory insertion channel for endoluminal treatment
− Suction channel
− Liquid supply channel (from syringe through biopsy valve)
