Nihon Kohden Cardiolife AED-3100 Automatic External Defibrillator hospital devices
Nihon Kohden Cardiolife AED-3100 Defibrillator
During the daily self-inspection process, the AED will automatically check its condition, including battery, electrode pads, and circuit failures. You can check the status of your AED with a simple status indicator.
The availability of easy-to-use and fast-applied defibrillators can make a big difference in providing effective emergency cardiovascular care. Nihon Kohden's Cardiolife AED-3100 Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) enables anyone to save lives. Its intuitive design and voice commands simplify and accelerate the delivery of defibrillation.
Cardiolife AED-3100 also allows the use of the same pad while reducing the shock energy of children. Analyzing the heart rhythm and charging during CPR can speed up the defibrillation transmission. AEDs need to be managed and inspected on a regular basis; this can be done remotely by implementing an effective maintenance plan to save time and effort.

Step 1-Open the lid
Open the cover and turn on the power. Clear voice instructions will start immediately and guide you through the whole process
Step 2-Attach the pads to the patient
After attaching the electrodes, AED-3100 immediately starts to analyze the heart rhythm
Step 3-Press the shock button
If a shock is required, the shock button will flash. Press the button to shock the patient
Suitable for all ages
Cardiolife AED-3100 can be used for adult and pediatric patients without changing the electrode pads. The energy switch allows defibrillation of pediatric patients by simply switching to child mode to provide less energy.
Safe and efficient treatment
International Resuscitation Guidelines* recommend reducing the energy of children to avoid heart muscle burning. AED-3100 only needs to switch the energy switch to the child position to reduce the energy to 50/70J. There is no need to replace the pads and no other operations are required.
Durable and compact
AED-3100 has a wide operating temperature range, from -5˚C to 50˚C. Because it complies with the IP55 standard, it can be used in harsh environments. In addition, the AED-3100 is 40% smaller than the previous model AED-2100K. The AED-3100 has a small body, does not require a lot of space for installation, and can be easily taken to the emergency scene.
Save a life with innovation
Continuous VF analysis
AED-3100 provides continuous VF analysis. Using this function, it is possible to analyze the ECG waveform even during CPR and start energy charging before the recommended shock. This helps you provide defibrillation faster than ever
Fast analysis and charging
It takes less than 15 seconds from turning on the power to discharging. Faster charging time helps you quickly provide energy when VF is observed
