The keyboard includes knobs, alarm indicators, touch screen and main control panel. The six function keys on the keyboard are Alarm Pause, NIBP, Trend, Freeze, Record and Menu.

In addition, there are two LEDs of different colors on the board. One LED indicates AC status and the other indicates battery charge status.

Screen Drive Board

The screen driver board of iM50/M50 is used to drive the display of 8.4-inch LCD monitor. Through the voltage-to-current conversion circuit, an LCD backlight with a constant current source is provided to adjust the LCD brightness. In addition, it converts the motherboard's LVDS display signal to LVTTL signal and drives the LCD display through the FPC line

Interface Board

Replacing the Touch Screen or Protective Screen

1. Separate the front and back assembly

2. Unscrew the screws securing the LCD supporting bracket

3. Disconnect wires

4. Remove the LCD supporting bracket and LCD

5. Remove the touch screen or LCD protective screen

Replacing the Display Drive Board or Touch Screen Commutator

1. Separate the front and back assembly

2. Disconnect the wire from the display drive board or touch screen commutator

3. Unscrew the screws securing the display drive board or touch screen commutator

Replacing the Main Board

1. Separate front and back assembly

• Separate the main frame and the back assembly
• Disconnect wire from main board
• Remove main board

5.Replace main board

Replacing the Battery Interface Board

1. Separate the front and back assembly

2. Separate the main frame and back assembly

3. Remove parameter module

4. Remove bracket back assembly

5. Rmove power assembly

• Remove pump & valve assembly
• Remove main unit interface board
• Remove battery interface board
• Remove spring of battery interface board
• Replace battery interface board

Replacing the Main Unit Interface Board

1. Separate the front and back assembly

2. Separate the main frame and the back assembly

3. Remove main control parameter assembly

4. Remove bracket back assembly

5. Remove power assembly

6. Remove pump&valve assembly

7. Remove main unit interface board
