NOTE
Specifications are based on cylinder gas measurements at 20 °C, 50% relative humidity, 1013 mBar and flow rate 100 ml/min-1 using the circuit recommended by City Technology. It represents the performance of the sensor during the first 3 months of service.
Note : Using regression coefficients, the best fit straight line is better than 0.9995 when measured over 4 data points tested with 100% N2, 21% O2, 60% O2 and 100% O2.
► Intended Use
City MOX3 Medical Oxygen O2 Gas sensors are designed to monitor oxygen pressure in anaesthesia (excluding xenon), intensive care, neonatal incubators and general oxygen monitors.
► Stabilization Time
Allow at least 15 minutes for the equipment to stabilize before calibrating or refer to the manufacturer's instructions.
► Cleaning and Sterilization
If the sensor becomes dirty, it should be cleaned with distilled water and allowed to air dry.
► Calibration Interval
City MOX3 Medical Oxygen O2 Gas sensors are designed to have minimal drift throughout their life. If dropped, it should be isolated for 24 hours and checked using a two-point calibration.
► Mechanical Installation
When installing the sensor, the sensor should be hand-tightened to ensure tightness. .

NOTE
Connections should only be made using recommended coupling parts. Soldering the sensor will damage the sensor and void the warranty. For more information on connecting external load resistors and recommended coupling components, see OP-04 Principle of Operation or contact City Technology. All performance data is based on measurements with bottled gas using a flow rate of 100 mL/min. Conditions are 20 °C, 50 % relative humidity and 1013 mBar. Contact City Technology for sensor performance data under other conditions. Performance characteristics describe the performance of the sensor as supplied for the first three months. The output signal may drop below the lower limit over time.
