► BATTERY Check

This check program checks the temperature of the optional battery pack and the thermistor used to detect the battery temperature. If the “Thermistor” check item displays “DISCONNECT” and the battery pack is firmly connected, there is a fault in the battery pack or the main board.

Steps to start and end the battery check program

1. To select the battery check, touch the “BATTERY CHECK” key in the COM CHECK column. The program will start automatically and the check results will be displayed on the screen.

2. To return to the manual check menu screen, touch the “RETURN” key

► Replacing the Battery Pack

Caution

• Turn off the appliance and unplug the power cord before using the appliance.

• Before placing the appliance on a table, if the surface is dirty, hard or rough, cover the table with a clean, soft and smooth material to prevent the screen from getting dirty or damaged.

• Place the appliance face down on the table as shown on the left.

• Use a long Phillips screwdriver to remove the three screws on the bottom of the machine. Keep it nearby.

• Disconnect the battery pack from the battery cable and remove the battery pack from the battery case.

• Connect the new battery pack to the battery cable.

• Install the new battery pack in its original location.

• Pass the cable through the space on the right side of the battery pack as shown below without letting it fall.

• Attach the battery box to the main body with three screws.
