Our company has about 1100 workers and two PCB workshops with about 50000 square meters.
Our products are mostly used in the field of Industrial Control, Telecommunication, Automotive products, Medical, Consumer, Security, and others.
What is the difference between the Surface Finish of PCB?
In PCB interface card applications, soldering won't be the only connection method. Many kinds of PCBs need more than one surface operating. The solder dip PCB process with air knife leveling is called the "Hot Air Solder Leveling" (HASL) process. But the interface cards finger area needs Nickel-Gold plating.
How do we test the PCB Assembly?
• Comprehensive Quality Assurance: From visual inspection to AOI and X-ray inspection, we take quality control very seriously and test everything rigorously for functionality and quality.
• High Efficiency, Low Cost: You'll appreciate the value of our added free services, like our Valor DFM/DFA check and expert professional design assistance.
• Professional Engineering Team: We're highly qualified and dedicated to the success of your project, allowing you to start with optimized designs and giving you a better chance to meet project deadlines.
