Product Description:

SME-230 is a red glue printing squeegee automatic cleaning machine for screen printer. It is an off-line, compact, energy-saving , batch cleaning, screen squeegee cleaning machine. all kinds of screen printing material red glue, silver paste, glue... can be throughly cleaned by SME-230. It is an automatic running machine; wash, rinse, dry process in one chamber by just push" start" key. Inks residual was kept in filter barrel and cleaning tank.

Machine Features:
1. Special designed to clean printing ink, silver paste,glue...etc on screen squeegees .
2. Ultrasonic and spray clean at the same time to clean all the leftovers off from the squeegees.
3. Clean,rinse,dry process, thoroughly clean, standby and ready to use at any time.
4. 6 squeegee racks : can clean 4 pcs of 900mm squeegees in one time.
5. State of the process is visible through a large observation window.
6. Clean liquid heat system heat liquid to a certain temp, raise clean efficiency and reduce clean time.
7. Easy operation interface, quick setting clean parameters. Different passwords can be set.
8. Inner filter makes liquid used repeated. .
9. Totally SUS304 structure, very firm and attractive.
