SME-350 MIL STD 2000A Ionic Contamination Tester PCBA contamination tester PCB contamination tester. It is specially used to accurate test the ions on the surface of PCBA,PCBA and semiconductor products.

SME-350 adpot ROSE method to check mix ions quantity to calculate Nacl Eq/cm2 value through its high precise probes and precise analysis system.
SME-350 will print the test result after testing.
