Both solvent and water-based clean liquid can be use in SME-750. Cleaning result is the same-100% clean. We provide high quality machines!

Q1: Can SME-3100E clean stencil without frame?
A1: Yes, it can, we need a stencil hold jig for this kind of stencil without frame.
Q2: Can SME-3100E clean solder paste mis-printed PCB?
A2: Yes, it can by using a pcb holding jig.
Q3: Is SME-3100E safety?
A3: Yes, it is, it driven by compressed-air, not using electric power, so both solvent like alchol ,IPA and aqueous liquid can be use in this machne to clean solder paste stencil.
Q4: Can this machine clean red glue printing stencil?
A4: For thickness 0.1~0.3mm red glue stencil, SME-3100E can clean it very well; but for 3mm thickness cooper red glue stencil and plastic red glue stencil, cleaning result is not so good, especially the little holes. We recommend to use our SME-800 electric stencil cleaning machine, it is more powerful and many customers chose our SME-800 to clean thick red glue cooper stencil for its good cleaning performance.
