It is specally designed for 1200*1200mm size stencil . Famous pneumatic parts, strictly produce process, patented rotation spray rods guarantee you a high quality stencil cleaning machine. To clean solder paste stencil is very easy for this machine. It make your cleaning process safe, easy, cost down and efficient.


We recommond to use water- based liquid in SME-3120E. It will save your liquid and the cleaning performance is very good.

Q1: Can SME-3120E clean stencil without frame?
A1: Yes, it can, we need a stencil hold jig for this kind of stencil without frame.
Q2: Can SME-3120E clean solder paste mis-printed PCB?
A2: Yes, it can by using a pcb holding jig.
Q3: Is SME-3120E safety?
A3: Yes, it is, it driven by compressed-air, not using electric power, so both solvent like alchol ,IPA and aqueous liquid can be use in this machne to clean solder paste stencil.
Q4: Can this machine clean red glue printing stencil?
A4: For thickness 0.1~0.3mm red glue stencil, SME-3120E can clean it very well; but for 3mm thickness cooper red glue stencil and plastic red glue stencil, cleaning result is not so good, especially the little holes. We recommend to use our SME-800 electric stencil cleaning machine, it is more powerful and many customers chose our SME-800 to clean thick red glue cooper stencil for its good cleaning performance.
