Metal Core PCB Separator Machine with 300um Strain Pneumatic PCB Depaneler

Features:

1. Separates boards up to 3.5mm thick.

2. Shears boards safely with parts as close as 0.5mm to the score line,including ceramic capacitors.

3. Operator foolproof! Panels cannot be inserted into the knives except on the score line.

4. Handles high components up to 70mm.

5. Blades can be re-sharpened.

6. Cutting stress is less than 300 uE.

7. Easy adjusting of distance between knives.

Principle:

It uses two linear blades to separate boards with less stress, like a scissor.

And operator cannot mis-feed boards.

It is widely used in modern V-score PCB industry, improve cutting effect to avoid component damage.
