Automatic PCB Depanelizer Overview:

For MCPCB boards, need to use upper 3 blade sets and lower 3 blade sets. Let us name A, B, C for the 3 blade sets, first blade set A cutting 30% of web, second blade set B cutting 30% of web, ad the last blade set cutting 40% of web to finish the whole cutting. After cutting, PCB edge is clean without burrs, product quality improves a lot.
