Application
This inline THT AOI used after wave soldering machine in DIP production line,it used for Correcting the wrong units, which can reduce repairs and time. The passing rate can be improved efficiently. This machine widely used for inspecting TV mainboard,PC mainboard,power board,industrial control board,Mini household electronic appliances and other PCBAs.
SMT production line equipment
1. PCB loader: The PCB is placed in the rack and automatically fed to the suction machine.
2. Suction board machine: Automatically suction PCB onto the track and transfer it to the printing machine.
3. Printing machine: Print the solder paste or red glue on the laser steel completely onto the PCB.
4. High speed surface mount machine: Using the program edited by the equipment to mount components onto designated part positions, it can accommodate roll shaped parts with SOP below 28 pins, and its characteristic is fast installation speed.
5. Conveyor : a device for transferring PCB boards.
