Machine introduction

The machine (Model:HS-600) - pneumatic SMT stencil cleaning machine is designed for cleaning solder paste, red glue, flux, rosin, on the surface of the stencils after the printing of SMT process. The machine is powered by the compressor air, use air filter and transfer the filtered air to the spraying bar, and at the same time the air pressure will drive the pump, and the pump will siphon the cleaning solvent(alcohol) to the spray bar, so the solvent will spraying out to the stencils. The spraying bar is rotation spraying, that will make sure no cleaning dead corner. And after cleaning the spraying bar will spray the air to drying the stencils. The machine is automatic cleaning, with one-button operation, we put the stencils into the cleaning room, and set the cleaning and drying time, press the "start" button, then we wait the till the process finished.
