PCB Router Machine:
This PCB Router machine RM-F550 is a new developed Router Machine. It is used to depaneling a whole printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) into individual PCBa boards. The machine adopt a very stable platform to ensure the working precision, the working platform size is 300*350mm.
It has a larger platform option at 400*600mm.The machine provides user friendly "visual" programming for rapid and accurate online programming,also can detect the depaneling process.
This PCB Separator adopt x,y,z servo motor and driving system and ball screw ,linear guide railensure machine run smooth and precisely,moving accuracy less than 0.01mm, routing accuracyess then 0.05mm.
Rotary double work station design makes continuous running ,greatly improve productionefficiency .Machine is equipped with high resolution CCD ,use direct teach programming method with crosscursor of CCD, very easy to operate , software can excute point ,line ,arc ,circle etc command to cutdifferent shape of panelled board ,it has mark positioning function ,can automatically correct thecoordinate offset when PCB position changed .Industrial PC ,Windows system and full english self developed softeware makes programming and operating very easyEuipped with quality ,air cooling long service life routing spindle .External silence vaccum cleaner provide a clean and low noise work environment .Miling cut can be used as 2 or 3 section , just set the parameter on sofeware , it has greatlyprolonged milling cut' service life.Equipped with anti static ionizing fan which can eliminate static and remove dust

PCBA contour cutting:
Using high-precision CNC cutting technology, it is possible to accurately cut along the outline of the PCBA.

PCBA trimming:
Based on contour cutting, the PCBA surface can be finely trimmed and burred.

PCB perforation processing:
Offline routing machines can also be used to process additional holes on the PCBA, such as mounting stud holes.
