Machine introduction
This machine is a automatic single side PCBA cleaning machine, using roller brush and disc brush combined cleaning. It's an full-automaticit inline-PCBA board cleaning machine, suitable for traditional board washing solvent, don't need the operator touch the cleaning agents. This equipment combine the traditional board transporting technology and the brush cleaning technology, clean the PCBA in all sides, front, back, left and right side,without the cleaning dead corners, which fully ensure the cleanliness of PCBA. Suitable for cleaning the single-sided soldering surface PCBA boards,won't wetting the front components.
Features
1, Special design machine structure, stable working and good performance.
2, It is specially used for the cleaning of tin beads, flux marks and scratches.
3, Using high end plam fibre brush,anti-static, will not generate static electricity and will not damage PCBA board.
4, Suitable for PCB boards with edges (minimum distance between board edges is 1.5mm), and the PCBA board width adjustment.
5, Thickened spring claws ensure that the PCBA board will not move during the transportation.
6, Automatic cleaning solvent coating system: ensure the soldering surface of the PCBA board can be evenly coated with washing water without affecting the surface of other parts.
7, Disk brush and two rollers brush cleaning,which ensure the PCBA board is cleaned in all directions without dead corners.
8, The cleaning brush height and rotation speed can be adjusted to meet different cleaning requirements.
9, The waste generated from after working is automatically collected in the filter box at the bottom of the machine for easy cleaning.
10, The machine connect with AC220V, driven by high-quality electronic speed-regulating motor, the speed of the motor is infinitely adjustable and durable.

①Manual operation mode: each system function can be completed manually one by one
② Intelligent economic operation mode: When there is no PCBA board transportation rail, the system will automatically make a judgment and the cleaning brush and the pump will stop working. The cleaning solvent circulation system is fully enclosed.
