This machine is a automatic PCB cleaning machine in the SMT production line, it used for clean the dust, static, and other dirties on the PCB surface.
The machine used between the PCB loader and screen printer, also used before the conformal coating equipment. It's a new development and also a trend for the SMT production line, because it clean the PCB before the welding, so the defects during and after the welding will be eliminated in advance.

Why do you need a PCB cleaning machine?
The PCB was not strictly cleaned when leaving the factory, and a large amount of debris and dust remained on the PCB surface, edges, through-holes, etc.;
