Introduce
PCB Buffer is a device used to temporarily store and cache printed circuit boards (PCBs).


Function:
Receive and temporarily store the processed PCB to provide buffer for subsequent processes.
Automatically adjust the storage and removal sequence of PCBs according to production progress.
Cooperate with other equipment in the production line to achieve orderly and continuous transmission of PCBs.
Provide PCB status monitoring to ensure nothing is missed or mixed up during the production process.


Main feature:
Using a multi-layer structure of storage space, multiple batches of PCBs can be stored at the same time.
Built-in automated transmission mechanisms, such as conveyor belts, rotating platforms, etc.
Equipped with PCB position detection and classification identification functions.
Programmable control to adapt to different sizes and quantities of PCBs.
It has a compact structure, small footprint and is easy to integrate into the production line.
