Specially designed for delicacy, our straight knife type separator machines meticulously separate pre-scored panel boards, eliminating bending or tension stress. This gentle process safeguards even the most sensitive SMD components, such as ceramic capacitors, from damage, thereby enhancing product quality and reliability.
Thanks to the innovative blade design, the machine safely separates boards with high components positioned close to the edges. Leveraging a proven separation method, it employs wedge-shaped knives that precisely cut within the groove, enabling the separation of boards as thin as 1 mm or less without inducing any cutting stress, ensuring safe and efficient processing.
