High-Precision Automated PCB Depaneling Equipment for V-Cut Blade Separation

Introduction

This machine(HS-300) is the blade moving PCB separator, using upper circular and down linear blade design,before cutting, put the v-groove onto the linear blade,the upper circular blade moving to finish spearating, the force stress is relative low, the board don't need move will protect the components on the board, avoid damaging.

Features

1. The infrared beam switch is used for safety protection. When hands or foreign objects are within
the knife movement area, the machine stops operating to ensure safe operation.
2. Unique design backside of the machine with slope plate for waste PCB collection.
3. The machine is driven by stepper motor and can self-lock when powered on for precise cutting
and positioning. Solve the problem of DC and AC motors changing their travel points after working
for a period of time due to inertia.
4.Using this machine can avoid damage on components or PCB compared with manual breaking,
and improve work efficiency and quality.
5.Using a circular blade to separating can completely reduce stress and prevent solder joints from
cracking and parts from breaking.
6.Using the method of using the upper circular blade and the lower linear blade, the PCB board is
placed on the lower linear blade. When the switch is stepped on, the upper circular knife moves
laterally to the set fixed point, and the PCB board is immediately cut and divided.
7.The upper and lower blade are made of high-speed steel. Both blades are durable. When the
blades are not sharp, they can be sharpened for 2 times.
