The factory with area of 20,000 square meters and has about the total number of employees 600 people and owns 30 sets precision mold processing equipment from Taiwan, 34 sets precision plastic injection machine from Taiwan& Japan, Our company has more than 30sets of different kinds of metal stamping machines which exert force between 25-110 tons. We employ progressive stamping , that allows for multiple stamping operations to be performed in a singlet tool and die at one single machine. We can stamp various materials including, brass, phosphor bronze, beryllium copper, nickel coated and stainless and various of type of steels.

Complete Testing Equipment:

Our company invert in production plant and equipment such as Charmilles Sodick low speed wire cutting machine, Charmiles precision CNC electric pulse machine etc and utilize CAD/CAE and application software, such as auto CAD, mold flow to equip ourselves with the relevant and technology to meet up with customer’s demand.

Certifications:

The company main ten series products obtained American UL & CUL certification, with the No. E362810 and No.E472355, E484895(terminal block). All items are in line with EU RoHS and REACH environmental requirements
