RSB 212D 2A 12V 0.2W PCB Mount Relay Solid State Dielectric Hipot
12V Signal Relay Description:
RSC series signal relay can carry out stable performance, high sensitivity and low power consumption, is small in size, suitable for computerperipherals, telecommunications, and security equipment.
Selection of Relay-Rated Working Voltage:
The rated operating voltage of the relay is the most important technical parameter of the relay. When using a relay, you should first consider the working voltage of the circuit where it is located (that is, the circuit where the relay coil is located), and the rated working voltage of the relay should be equal to the working voltage of the circuit where it is located. Generally, the working voltage of the circuit is 0.86 of the rated working voltage of the relay. Note that the voltage of the workpiece in the circuit must not exceed the rated working voltage of the relay, otherwise, the relay coil is easy to burn out. In addition, some integrated circuits, such as the NE555 circuit, can directly drive the relay to work, while some integrated circuits, such as the COMS circuit, have a small output current and need to add a transistor amplifier circuit to drive the relay. It should be considered that the output current of the transistor should be greater than the rated operating current of the relay.
12V Relay Working Principle
Electromagnetic relays are generally composed of an iron core, coil, armature, contact reed, and so on. As long as a certain voltage is applied to both ends of the coil, a certain current will flow through the coil, thereby generating an electromagnetic effect. The moving contact and the static contact (normally open contact) are sucked together. When the coil is de-energized, the electromagnetic suction will disappear, and the armature will return to its original position under the reaction force of the spring so that the moving contact and the original static contact (normally closed contact) will be released. In this way, it is attracted and released, so as to achieve the purpose of conducting and cutting off in the circuit. For the "normally open and normally closed" contacts of the relay, it can be distinguished in this way: the static contact that is in the off state when the relay coil is not energized is called "normally open contact"; the static contact in the on the state is called "normally closed contact".

12V Signal Relay introduce:
A relay is an electrical control device, which can give a specified input quantity and maintain it for a long enough time to make a predetermined step change in the controlled quantity in the electrical output circuit. When the input volume is reduced to a certain level and maintained for a long enough time, it returns to the initial state.
