Charging Pile Relay Introduce:
The relay is an electrical control device, which is an electrical appliance that causes the control quantity to undergo a predetermined step change in the electrical output circuit when the change of the input quantity (excitation quantity) meets the specified requirements. It has an interactive relationship between the controlling system (also known as the input loop) and the controlled system (also known as the output loop). Usually used in automatic control circuits, it is actually an "automatic switch" that uses a small current to control a large current action. Therefore, it plays the role of automatic adjustment, safety protection, and conversion circuit in the circuit. The charging pile can be fixed on the road or wall like the refueling gun of the gas station. It can be installed in commercial buildings (public housing, large shopping centers, public parking lots, etc.) and underground parking lots or charging stations in residential areas. Charge electric vehicles with different specifications according to different rated voltages. The input end of the charging pile is directly connected to the communication AC power grid, and the output end is equipped with a charging power plug, which can charge the electric vehicle. Charging generally provides two charging methods: basic charging and fast charging. The actual operation, including relative billing method, billing time, copy data information, etc. The billing file display can display billing amount, cost, billing time, and other data information.
What is the difference between a relay and a contactor?
At first, some people called AC contactors and DC relays. The reason is that the AC contactor is relatively large, and the DC contactor is relatively small, and some are called contactors; there is no difference in function between relays and contactors. They are all control switches. In the early days, contractors were used for AC power. Since the DC circuit design focuses on integrating the miniaturized space and developing a compact DC low-voltage contactor, it is called a relay to distinguish them. However, with the development of society, DC voltage and current have been improved, relays have also been upgraded to high-voltage relays, and contactors have also been miniaturized, so that relays and contactors are difficult to distinguish, and there is no set of standards between industries and countries distinction. In addition, many different versions of relays have been derived, such as time relays (set a certain time to automatically turn off and on), high-temperature relays (automatically turn off and on when a certain temperature is detected), etc.
