The Multilayer Thick Copper Printed Circuit Board is a thick copper circuit board developed and produced by Shenzhen Quanhong Electronics Co., Ltd. and is made of Shengyi FR-4 high Tg material and Surface Immersion Gold . The minimum line width and line spacing can reach 150 / 160um and the minimum aperture can reach 0.3mm. The circuit board is widely used in Photovoltaic inverter and other fields.
